Look for the big countdown timer right on the homepage and on each product page — that’s your exact deadline for the current month’s box.
(Some boxes, like limited-edition drops, bi-monthly, and quarterly subscriptions have different cutoffs than our standard plans, so the timer is always specific to the box you’re viewing.) When the timer hits zero, new orders roll over to next month’s box. No exceptions, so don’t sleep on it!
- You’re charged immediately when you sign up (that covers your first box).
- After that, your card is charged on the 15th of every following month for the upcoming box.
- If you sign up for a waiting room subscription, you will be changed again on the 15th prior to the month your second box ships.
We’ve never had a double-charge happen, but if you ever think it did, just shoot us a message and we’ll fix it instantly.
We totally understand — at first glance the price might feel a step up. But once you see everything that’s rolled into it (and what’s deliberately left out), most customers tell us it’s actually the better value.
Here’s exactly what your monthly price includes, every single time:
- A personally curated selection of full-size, premium products (never cheap filler items we wouldn’t use ourselves)
- All packaging and careful handling
- Door-to-door shipping, regardless of box size or weight
- Even when we get carried away and send an extra-large or heavier box, we cover the extra shipping costs — no surprises for you
That means:
- The price you see is the price you pay each month — no hidden fees, no fluctuating shipping charges, no “heavy box” upcharges
- Easy, predictable budgeting (tax is the only extra, added at checkout where required)
We’d rather absorb those variable costs ourselves than stuff boxes with low-value fillers just to hit a lower price point. You get generous, useful products you’ll actually finish and love, delivered reliably with zero hassle.
All StuffedBoxes ship during the first week of every month. We always aim to get them out on the 1st, but if that lands on a weekend or holiday, we ship the next business day—so you’ll still have your box super early in the month, guaranteed.
Every month features completely new items — no exact repeats within the same calendar year.
Even better: we keep detailed records of everything you’ve received, so we actively prevent duplicates for years to come. You’ll always get fresh surprises.
Absolutely! Choose the “One-Time Box” option on the product page—no commitment, no auto-renewal. You’ll get the exact same upcoming month’s box as subscribers, and if you love it (you will), you can upgrade to a subscription anytime.
How to update your shipping address or payment method
- Click the account icon (person silhouette) in the top-right corner of the website.
- Log in if you aren’t already.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Profile”.
- You’ll see two clear sections:
Shipping Address – edit or add a new address here
Payment Method – update your card details or switch cards - Make your changes, then don’t forget to click “Save” at the bottom of each section.
Super simple—and your next box will automatically ship to the new address or charge the updated card.

How to view and manage your subscription
- Click the account icon (person silhouette) in the top-right corner of the website.
- Log in to your account.
- Once logged in, click “Subscription Management” in the top navigation bar.
- You’ll see all your active subscriptions listed.
- Click the “Edit” button at the bottom of the subscription you want to change.
- Choose your preferred option:
Skip next order → skips just the upcoming box
Pause subscription → temporarily stops future boxes
Cancel subscription → ends your subscription completely
That’s it! You can make changes anytime—no need to contact support.
Not yet—we currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
